Woodfire gives any commercial grilling meats great flavor and color.
It is excellent for commercial grilling poultry, seafood, pork, lamb and beef and for smoking meats, too. For commercial cooking with a light smoky flavor allow briquets to flame for 30-35 minutes after lighting. Spread the coals, place food on the grill, then cover. For a smokier flavor allow briquets to flame only 20-25 minutes before covering. |
